Yin- und Yang Vinyasa meets Yin

You just want to be yourself, without having to deliver, without having to perform. You want to dive deep into your being. You want to be still and listen? A calm, quiet practice in which you don't work your muscles. The mind calms down.

Yin Yoga

Discover the basics of Vinyasa Yoga in this beginner-friendly course, ideal for those new to yoga or those looking to refresh their practice. Those who already feel more confident in their practice can take the step to Yoga Basics 2.

Yoga Basics 1 & 2

We combine breath and movement in a soothing Vinyasa flow. Using the breath as an anchor, we strengthen the connection to our inner self and our body.

This course is suitable for all levels, yoga basics should be known.

Energising Flow

This course combines the flowing Vinyasa style (breath leads movement) with a series of classic asanas. Strength and flexibility are the main focus. This course is best suited for yogis and yoginis who already have yoga experience.

Sunday Vibes

Our "Sunday Reset" course is for all those who want to start the new week with a fresh mind and body. We combine activating Yang poses with soothing Yin poses. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, this course is suitable for all levels.

Sunday Reset

Inside Flow is a modern form of Vinyasa Flow, in which the asanas are linked to the rhythm of the music. In contrast to a "normal" Vinyasa Flow course, you flow through the entire class and never stay in one asana for long. Yoga experience is desirable.

Inside Flow

In this course, the focus is on the deep regeneration of body and mind. In the gentle, supported yoga poses, the body is completely supported by props such as bolsters and blankets, allowing it to rest in complete relaxation. All levels.

Restorative Yoga

In Ashtanga Yoga there are a total of six exercise series, each of which consists of several asanas. These are always performed in the same sequence. The Ashtanga Yoga teachings require practitioners to practice daily. Experience is desirable.

This course, based on Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, is ideal for experienced yoga practitioners who are interested in breathing exercises, want to work up a sweat and are looking for more of a challenge.

Mindful & Morning Flow

Hatha yoga is a practice that strengthens and balances the body and mind by holding poses for longer periods of time. This form of yoga is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced.

Hatha Yoga

With yogic breathing exercises we awaken the body and mind and get the energy flowing with a slow flow. An ideal course before we start the day. All levels are welcome.
